Greetings, visitors. My initials are J.P.B. and I have serious financial problems. I’m an american, living in the USA. Went to college, completed a B.S. degree in 2004
only to discover there is very little demand for graduates in my discipline. All my job searches have produces lackluster results. I’ve thought about going back
to school at the graduate or professional level but the main obstacle has been covering the expense of tuition. For the past 5 years I’ve been making ends meet by
working as a home improvement technician but the money is not enough to pay for everything.

My financial problems seem to be insurmountable. Currently I’m having trouble paying off the loans I’ve taken out and still owe ~$50K between several creditors.
I need to buy a house, but dont have any money for a downpayment, which will realistically need to be between $30K-$60K in my area. My vehicle is a 2008 Nissan Armada,
with 235K miles on it. It will most likely break down in the near future. So I really need money to maintain the vehicle, or ideally to find a more efficient replacement vehicle.

In the future, I’d like to go back to graduate school, to study finance or law. The cost of attending will be at least $50K-$150K for tuition, plus 1-3 years living expenses.
